Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a District Manager for a growing family-friendly fast-casual restaurant group in the Upper Ohio Valley. This role requires building a culture that puts people first while leading multiple locations to deliver top-line sales and maintain quality standards.

You will mentor General Managers, oversee several P&Ls, and open new sites as the brand expands. A focus on hospitality, integrity, and team development is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit QSR management experience.
• $1.5M+ annual sales across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to develop GM talent and build a strong talent pipeline.

Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities:

Restaurant District Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3 years+ of multi-unit QSR management experience
• Restaurant volume experience of $1.5 MM+ annual sales
• Management experience of 3+ stores simultaneously
• Proven track record of developing GM talent and creating a robust talent pipeline
• Extensive experience managing multiple P&Ls and can speak to methodology
• Focused on people, hospitality, and integrity
