Job summary

Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead and support multiple restaurants in the assigned area. You will partner with restaurant leaders to drive sales, optimize labor and food costs, and build a strong leadership bench across sites.

The role requires proven multi-unit leadership, mentorship skills, and a track record of growing sales in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position offers a dynamic, growth-focused culture and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proven track record of growing sales in multiple restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2–3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
