Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-unit operations across our Idaho markets. You will partner with restaurant leaders, drive sales, control labor and food costs, and cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude.

In this role you will spend 2-3 days at a restaurant at a time to provide direction and feedback, build future leaders, and ensure staffing levels with Talent Mentors.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback.
• Support all assigned leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
