Job summary

Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-unit operations across Texas, including McKinney, directing restaurant leaders to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

This role requires 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership, a five-day set schedule, strong mentoring skills, and a proven track record of developing people and growing revenue in a fast-paced environment. Join our positive, energetic team.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
• Be good to others. Be good to yourself!
