Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple restaurants, guiding leaders to meet sales targets, labor, and food cost goals while maintaining hospitality standards.

You will mentor teams, foster a culture of positivity, and help develop future leaders across assigned locations in Wisconsin and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven; thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2–3 days at a restaurant providing direction and feedback to leadership teams.
• Support all assigned restaurants in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders and ensure proper staffing levels.

Life as a District Manager:
