Job summary

Hudson Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Director to lead shifts and own one of four critical areas: Hospitality, Quality, Training or Drive-Thru. This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing team members, maintaining high standards and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

As a Restaurant Director you will recruit, onboard, train and retain staff, coach team members, monitor performance and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lead shifts, coach team members and hold others accountable.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work hands-on in all areas of the restaurant.
• Dependable, energetic and committed to working as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to complete all required Zaxby’s training.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant shifts and support daily operations.
• Coach team members and hold the team accountable to established standards.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service to every guest.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, accuracy and speed.
• Help recruit, onboard, train and retain team members.
• Complete assigned daily, weekly and monthly operating responsibilities.
• Monitor performance in your area and develop plans to improve results.
• Communicate staffing, equipment and operational needs to restaurant leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized restaurant.
• Support other areas of the restaurant when needed.
• Set a positive example by demonstrating urgency, teamwork and professionalism.
