Job summary

Hudson Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Director to lead shifts across a Zaxby’s‑style operation, focusing on hospitality, quality, training and drive‑thru. This hands‑on leadership role requires developing team members, maintaining high standards and owning results.

You’ll oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, coach staff, recruit and onboard, and ensure guest experiences meet brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Able to lead shifts, coach team members and hold others accountable.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work hands-on in all areas of the restaurant.
• Dependable, energetic and team-oriented.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must complete all required Zaxby’s training.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant shifts and support daily operations.
• Coach team members and hold the team accountable to established standards.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service to every guest.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, accuracy and speed.
• Help recruit, onboard, train and retain team members.
• Complete assigned daily, weekly and monthly operating responsibilities.
• Monitor performance in your area and develop plans to improve results.
• Communicate staffing, equipment and operational needs to restaurant leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized restaurant.
• Support other areas of the restaurant when needed.
• Set a positive example by demonstrating urgency, teamwork and professionalism.
