• Delegate tasks to team members and report results.
• Directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people and service.
• Supervise kitchen operations, ensure food quality, safety and cost control; evaluate new menu items.
• Hire, train and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience by organizing key service areas and ensuring staff are trained.
