Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is necessary to effectively perform the functions within a Department Management Position.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen Department Managers are responsible for delivering high quality food quickly and safely, controlling food cost, and ensuring staff are trained.
• People Department Managers ensure qualified crew are hired, trained, and scheduled to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate employees.
• Service Department Manager ensures memorable customer service, proper execution of promotions, and organized Front counter, McCafe and Drive-Thru areas.
