Qualificações

• Previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise-owned restaurants.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Training, Food Safety, and Inventory systems, set goals, delegate tasks to teams, and report results to managers.
• Hires and trains crew, and ensures service standards across Front counter, McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
• Oversee customer service delivery and execution of promotions to drive sales.
