McDonald’s is seeking an experienced Department Manager for a corporate owned store. You will lead shifts, guide Guest Service, Kitchen, and People Departments, and ensure teams deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting sales and profit goals.

Previous managerial experience is preferred in hospitality or retail. Flexible schedules and an 18+ age requirement are required to fit the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
• The Guest Service Department Manager ensures great customer experience, proper training, and organized Front Counter and Drive-Thru areas.
• The Kitchen Department Manager ensures quality food, safety, cost control, and trained kitchen staff.
