McDonald’s Corporation and its franchisees are seeking a Department Manager to lead Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments in a busy Utah restaurant. You will supervise shifts, train staff, manage schedules, and ensure fast, friendly service that meets brand standards.

Ideal candidates have prior managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality, flexible availability, and a passion for teamwork in McDonald’s fast-paced environment. 18+ required.

Formación

• Previous managerial experience preferred.
• Flexible schedules and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in franchise restaurants.
