Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality).

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew and managers deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee sales promotions and service standards.
• Maintain organized Front Counter, McDelivery cell, and Drive-Thru operations.
• Ensure quality, safety, and fast-food production.
• Monitor food cost and inventory.
• Train kitchen staff on procedures and new menu items.
• Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew.
• Motivate and recognize team members.
• Support staff development and retention.
• Monitor performance and achieve departmental goals.
• Support shifts and operations for 100% customer satisfaction.
• Delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
