McDonald’s Franchisee is hiring a Department Manager to lead guest service, kitchen, and people teams in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee shifts, ensure excellent customer experience, and maintain food safety and cost controls while guiding crew and managers.

Ideal candidates have prior managerial experience in hospitality or retail, are 18+, and enjoy a flexible schedule with a positive team spirit. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Indiana restaurant.

Qualifications
