McDonald's is seeking a Restaurant Department Manager at a corporate-owned store to lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and maintain an exceptional guest experience.

You will supervise the Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments, coach crew, schedule to hit sales goals, and uphold food safety and quality across the menu.

Previous managerial experience in hospitality is preferred; must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments; train and schedule staff.
