Responsibilities

• Oversee Department Managers and staff across Training, Food Safety, and Inventory.
• Ensure great customer experience and proper execution of sales promotions.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in kitchen operations.
• Recruit, train, and schedule crew to meet goals and staffing needs.
