Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
• Oversee departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, People) and ensure staff are trained and ready.
• Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant goals and maintain quality standards.
