Job summary

Qualifications

• The Guest Service Department Manager's responsibilities may include delivering great customer experience and ensuring staff are trained in service procedures.
• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

• Lead Guest Service Department to ensure a great customer experience and accurate execution of sales promotions.
• Lead Kitchen Department to deliver high-quality food, ensure safety and manage food cost.
• Lead People Department to hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals.
