Job summary

McDonald’s franchise restaurant is seeking a Manager / Department Leader to supervise shifts, coach crew, and deliver a fast, friendly customer experience. You’ll help ensure food safety, cleanliness, and efficient operations while supporting staffing, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant procedures.

Ideal candidates have prior management experience in fast-paced settings, strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and direct Crew Members.
• Coach, train, and develop employees.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Maintain food quality and food safety standards.
• Help ensure restaurant cleanliness and organization.
• Manage assigned restaurant systems and procedures.
• Set goals, delegate responsibilities, and follow up on results.
• Support staffing, scheduling, inventory, and other restaurant operations.
• Collaborate with other Managers to meet restaurant goals.
