Job summary

Ultipro in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Crew Person to support daily restaurant operations, ensuring guests receive a positive experience. You will help with food preparation, plate quality, packaging, and keeping the dining area clean and safe.

The job requires standing for long periods, bending, lifting 50–75 lbs, and working flexible hours including openings/closures. Enrollment in high school and being at least 16 years old are preferred; reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Company Guest service guidelines to ensure guests receive “SUPERSTAR Service”
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and keeps station clean; performs other cleaning duties as assigned
• Prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards
• Handles all food products according to company procedures; follows all company food safety, handling and sanitation requirements
• Follows all company cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs; uses all products, supplies, equipment and facilities properly
• Demonstrates oral communication skills; communicates effectively with various contacts (internal and external)
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
