Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferable.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Guest service guidelines to ensure guests receive SUPERSTAR service.
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks stations; performs other cleaning duties.
• Ensures guests receive hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards.
• Handles all food products per company procedures; adheres to food safety, handling and sanitation requirements.
• Follows company cash control guidelines to minimize costs; uses products, supplies, equipment and facilities properly.
• Demonstrates oral communication skills; communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions.
