Job summary

Ultipro is hiring a Crew Person in Union, SC to deliver a positive guest experience and prepare quality food according to standards. You will stay at your assigned station, clean and stock, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while following cash control guidelines.

The role requires a minimum of 16 years of age, enrollment in high school, reliable transportation, and flexibility for opening/closing shifts. This is a fast-paced environment with heavy lifting and heat exposure.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation to work
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with SUPERSTAR service and maintain a positive guest experience
• Work assigned station(s), clean and stock station areas, and complete other cleaning duties as assigned
• Prepare, package and deliver products according to Menu Standards and ensure hot, quality items
• Handle food products per company procedures and uphold food safety and sanitation requirements
• Follow cash control guidelines to manage restaurant costs and use all products and equipment efficiently
• Demonstrate strong oral communication with internal and external contacts
• Perform other duties or special projects as business needs change.
