Job summary

Ultipro in Ventura, CA is seeking a Crew Person who will be responsible for performing assigned tasks, providing guests with a positive experience, and preparing quality food according to standards while keeping the restaurant clean and safe for everyone.

You will work at your assigned station, stock and clean, serve hot products per menu standards, follow food safety and cash control guidelines, and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferable.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides guests with a positive experience and prepares quality food per standards.
• Works assigned stations, cleans and stocks areas, and performs other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Ensures hot, quality products are prepared, packaged, and delivered per menu standards.
• Follows food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements.
• Adheres to cash control guidelines to minimize costs; uses products and equipment properly.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties or projects as needed.
