Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to assist in daily restaurant operations, ensuring each guest has a positive experience, preparing quality food products according to standards, and keeping the dining area clean, pleasant, and safe.

You will work at assigned stations, stock and clean, follow food safety procedures, and support other duties as needed to respond to changing business conditions.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Company Guest service guidelines and procedures; takes the appropriate action to ensure all Guests receive “SUPERSTAR Service.”
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks the station area(s).
• Ensures Guests receive hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards.
• Follows all company food safety, handling and sanitation requirements; ensures health and safety.
• Follows all cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs; uses all products and equipment properly.
• Demonstrates oral communication skills; communicates with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
