Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person responsible for delivering positive guest experiences by preparing quality food and maintaining a clean, safe dining area. The role involves working at assigned stations, stocking, and assisting with various duties as needed to respond to business needs.

The position requires being at least 16 years old, having reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including openings and closings.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows company guest service guidelines; delivers SUPERSTAR Service.
• Works assigned station, cleans and stocks, and may assist with other duties.
• Prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards and quality expectations.
• Follows food safety, sanitation requirements to protect guests and staff.
• Keeps costs down by following cash control guidelines and using resources efficiently.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
