Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to deliver a positive guest experience, prepare quality food, and keep the restaurant clean and safe. You will work at assigned stations, follow menu standards, and support a fast-paced kitchen.

The role requires being at least 16, enrollment in high school or equivalent, reliable transportation, and flexibility for early or late shifts. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Company Guest service guidelines to ensure SUPERSTAR Service.
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks station area(s).
• Ensures guests receive hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers per Menu Standards.
• Handles all food products following company procedures; follows safety and sanitation requirements.
• Follows cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs; uses products and equipment properly.
• Demonstrates oral communication; communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
