Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers.
• Place customer food and beverage orders via verbal or automated systems.
• Relay orders from service counter to kitchen operations.
• Cook, prepare and portion food and beverages using kitchen equipment.
• Stock kitchen and service materials as needed.
• Fill customer orders as part of coordinated operations.
• Handle payments and provide correct change at the cash register.
• Unload deliveries of supplies to the restaurant.
• Clean interior and exterior of the restaurant; sweep and mop floors and surfaces.
• Follow alcohol laws when applicable and maintain safe access to the restaurant.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
