Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sets up, clears and breaks down workstation.

• Roasts, broils, bakes, fries, stews meats and fish as directed.
• Keeps work areas clean and safe, stores equipment properly.
• Maintains sanitation, rotation, temperature controls and waste management.
