Live Bait - Orange Beach is seeking a full-time Cook to join our kitchen team in Orange Beach, AL. You will prepare lunch and dinner options, ensuring consistency with our recipes and portion controls.

You must follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, learn new menu items, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume service. Previous line cook or banquet experience is preferred, and a strong eye for nutrition helps ensure quality meals.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of food preparation experience.
• Experience with high-volume food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Two years experience in line cook or banquet.
