Mystic Lake's Promenade Grill is seeking a Restaurant Chef to lead daily kitchen operations in a high-volume setting. You will mentor Sous Chefs and Line Cooks, plan weekly and daily specials, and ensure quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of culinary experience, including at least three years as Sous Chef.
• Ability to communicate basic information in spoken English.
• Knowledge of sanitation, quality control, and recipe interpretation.
• Must complete formal tasting audition in the presence of the Executive Chef.
• Some experience with word processing, spreadsheets, database and email software.
• Certified Food Service Manager or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
