Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, MN invites an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our Front of House team, ensuring memorable guest experiences and smooth daily operations across our dining destinations.

You will coach staff, handle guest feedback, manage scheduling and inventory, partner with culinary, uphold food safety standards, and participate in budgeting to improve outlet profitability. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restaurant operations or related role.
• 2+ years indirect or 1+ year direct people leadership.
• Certified Food Service Manager or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Strong communication and staff development skills.
• Experience with scheduling, costs and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coach team to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Interact with guests to gauge satisfaction and improve service.
• Order supplies and manage inventory; communicate needs to Manager.
• Partner with culinary team to maintain high food standards.
• Supervise cleanliness to meet safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure staffing levels based on business volumes via scheduling.
• Assist with budgeting and controllable costs to drive profitability.
• Hire, onboard and develop team members; manage performance.
• Review timekeeping and ensure policy compliance.
