Casino Fandango, L.L.C. is seeking a Busser to support TiAmo Restaurant by maintaining clean dining areas, stocking service items, and assisting servers to ensure a positive guest experience.

You will set tables, reset stations, and help with coffee service while staying organized and courteous in a busy casino environment. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, with a willingness to learn, basic English proficiency, and a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• English proficiency required; bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supplies to servers during service.
• Polish, organize, and stock silverware, linens, glassware, and other service equipment.
• Set, clear, clean, and reset tables per restaurant standards.
• Maintain guest tables and surrounding areas to established standards.
• Prepare and maintain coffee service as needed.
• Assist servers with guest service and other tasks as requested.
• Complete all opening and closing side duties.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items to assist guests and team members.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to maintain proper service flow.
• Keep assigned stations clean and organized.
