Tobias Solutions is looking for a Restaurant Busser to support the dining staff by keeping tables clean, organized, and ready for guests. You will assist with food delivery, maintain a smooth dining experience, and ensure cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong teamwork and communication skills, and share a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not always required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays or bus tubs.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables after guests leave.
• Reset tables with clean silverware, dishes, and napkins.
• Assist servers with food delivery and guest needs.
• Refill water, beverages, bread, or condiments as needed.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with supplies.
• Help maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Sweep and mop floors when necessary.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy periods.
