Job summary

Casino-Fandango is hiring a Busser to support TiAmo Restaurant. You will provide supplies to servers, stock and polish silverware, linens and glassware, and set up and clear tables per design.

You will ensure guest tables are cleaned to the restaurant's standards in a timely fashion and assist with coffee service. The role requires moving efficiently in a fast-paced setting, communicating with kitchen staff, and maintaining clean stations while staying professional with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous bussing experience is a plus but will train.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide supplies to all servers.
• Polish and stock equipment (silverware, linens & glassware).
• Set up, clear and clean tables before, during, and after service.
• Ensure tables are set per design and cleaned to standards in a timely fashion.
• Make coffee and ensure it is ready to be served.
• Assist servers as requested.
• Perform opening and closing side duties.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of assigned stations.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with guests and team members.
