Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a friendly and efficient Busser to maintain clean and inviting dining rooms, bars, and patios. You will support servers and bartenders by clearing tables, cleaning stations, and ensuring guest areas are ready for service.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with Florida safety and sanitation standards. A flexible five-day work week and health/dental benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write English
• Five (5) Day Work Week
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sets up tables for new guests in a timely manner
• Assists guests by clearing dishes and glassware
• Maintains cleanliness of dining rooms, bars, patios, restrooms, and parking areas
• Removes trash and debris from bar and dining areas
• Support servers, bartenders and the team by preparing the restaurant for service
• Performs opening/closing duties and assigned sidework
• Completes shift changes and ensures the dining area is ship shape
