Job summary

Flanigan's Enterprises in Suniland, FL is seeking a hardworking busser to support servers, bartenders, and the team by clearing, cleaning, and setting up dining rooms, bars, and patios for a smooth service.

You will assist guests, handle shift changes, and help maintain restrooms and outdoor areas while complying with safety and sanitation policies. A stable 5-day work week, health insurance, and 401K are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read and write English clearly.
• Complete Florida Responsible Vendor program in compliance with statutes.
• Complete and pass food safety certification program in compliance with statutes.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle heavy loads safely.
• Able to reach, bend and stoop frequently during duties.
• Work in damp, high temperature environments indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and training.
• Cleans and sets up tables for new guests in a timely manner.
• Assists guests by clearing dishes and glassware.
• Removes trash and debris from bar and dining area floors.
• Maintains restroom cleanliness and outdoor areas including parking and patios.
