Job summary

Flanigan’s is seeking a friendly Busser to support servers, bartenders and the team by cleaning and setting up dining rooms, bars and patios for a seamless service.

You will clear tables, assist guests, maintain restrooms and ensure high chairs are sanitary, with shifts including opening/closing duties and sidework; you must pass Florida vendor and food safety certifications and speak English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in damp, high temperature environment indoors or outdoors.
• Florida Responsible Vendor program completion required.
• Food safety certification completion required.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies, and procedural training.
• Cleans and sets up table for new guests, in a timely manner.
• Assists guests by clearing dishes, glassware.
• Removes all trash and debris from bar and dining area floors.
• Maintains restroom cleanliness, as well as outside parking areas, patio areas, waiting areas.
• Ensure that all high chairs/booster seats are sanitary.
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework.
