Job summary

Flanigan's is seeking a friendly busser to join our Wellington, FL restaurant. You will be responsible for helping keep dining rooms, bars, and patios clean and well-prepared for guests, clearing tables, and assisting servers and bartenders as needed.

You will follow safety and sanitation policies, handle shift changes, and maintain cleanliness of restrooms, parking areas, and outdoor spaces. English communication is required to interact with guests and team members effectively.

Qualifications

• Follow safety and sanitation policies and training.
• Assist in cleaning and setting up tables for guests.
• Clear dishes and glassware; help guests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, parking, patio, and waiting areas.
• Ensure high chairs/booster seats are sanitary.

Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and training.
• Cleans and sets up table for new guests, in a timely manner.
• Assists guests by clearing dishes, glassware.
• Removes all trash and debris from bar and dining area floors.
• Maintains restroom cleanliness, as well as outside parking areas, patio areas, waiting areas.
• Ensure that all high chairs/booster seats are sanitary.
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework.
