Job summary

Flanigan's is seeking friendly Bussers to support our dining rooms, bars, and patios in Florida. You will help servers and bartenders by cleaning, setting up, clearing guests, and keeping the dining area ship shape.

Responsibilities emphasize timely table setup, sanitation, and teamwork. You’ll participate in shift changes, perform sidework, and help maintain clean restrooms and outdoor spaces to ensure a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read and write English.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing long hours.
• Pass Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation policies and training.
• Set up and clean tables promptly for new guests.
• Assist servers by clearing dishes and glassware.
• Remove trash and maintain floors clean.
• Maintain restrooms and outdoor areas clean.
• Ensure high chairs/booster seats are sanitary.
• Perform shift changes and sidework.
