Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises is seeking a friendly Bussers to support our servers and bartenders across dining rooms, bars, and patios in Pompano Beach, Florida. You will prepare tables, clear dishes, maintain cleanliness, remove trash, and assist with opening/closing duties while following Florida sanitation policies.

This role offers a five-day work week, health and dental insurance, a 401(k), and shift meals. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warm, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Florida Responsible Vendor program must be completed and passed in compliance with Florida statutes.
• Complete and pass Florida food safety certification program.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sets up tables for new guests in a timely manner.
• Assists guests by clearing dishes and glassware.
• Removes trash and debris from bar and dining area floors.
• Maintains restroom cleanliness and outside areas (parking, patios, waiting areas).
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties and assigned sidework.
