Job summary

Chico's is seeking an AM Dining Services Supervisor to lead breakfast service in the Main Dining Room. You will supervise team members across bus, serve, and host roles, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Candidate will train new staff, publish labor schedules two weeks in advance, uphold cleanliness, safety, and Chico culture. You will collaborate in monthly and departmental huddles and address performance professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage breakfast service in Main Dining Room.
• Assign and oversee department orientation and training.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining area and FOH.
• Publish weekly labor schedules two weeks out.
• Lead monthly managers huddles and departmental meetings.
• Enforce dress code and personal hygiene guidelines.
• Address staff performance and discipline privately.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Promote Chico culture and positive attitude.
• Support safety, sanitation, and food-safe handling standards.
