Qualifications

• Oversees breakfast service in the Main Dining Room.
• Manages shifts across roles (Bus, Serve, Host).
• Leads training plan for new AM Dining Staff.
• Maintains cleanliness and upholds safety standards.
• Monitors staff performance and handles conflicts discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening and closing procedures for dining area and FOH.
• Write and publish weekly labor schedules two weeks out.
• Attend monthly Managers Huddles and departmental trainings.
• Lead monthly departmental huddles focusing on product knowledge, training, and safety.
• Ensure dress code and personal hygiene guidelines are followed.
