Chico Hot Springs in Montana is seeking a Dining Services Manager to lead breakfast service in the Main Dining Room, supervise AM dining staff, and publish labor schedules two weeks out. You will uphold Chico culture, manage performance, and ensure safety, cleanliness and proper opening/closing procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, staff development, and the ability to coordinate regular huddles and training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing dining room staff and shifts.
• Ability to train new AM dining staff and oversee department orientation.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas.
• Lead and document staff performance and discipline.
• Monitor staff job satisfaction and development.
• Attend managers huddles and prepare required accounting figures.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and labor scheduling.
• Uphold dress code and personal hygiene guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Manage the breakfast service in the Main Dining Room.
• Supervise and train AM Dining Staff.
• Schedule weekly labor and publish two weeks out.
• Lead monthly departmental and Chico Huddle meetings.
• Uphold safety, sanitation and food-safe handling standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and FOH work areas.
• Resolve staff conflicts privately and document.
• Promote Chico culture with positive attitude.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Monitor staff performance and development.
