Responsibilities

Compile and post records of office activities and daily sales reports.
Compute, record, and proofread data like daily reports, tips, and cash over/short.
Audit timekeeping and input new hires into Aloha POS system.
Answer phones, direct calls, and assist guests and employees with info and reservations.
Work with staff to keep office organized and clean; train bookkeepers as needed.
Assist Office Manager with data entry, filing, inventory, and mail.
Troubleshoot office equipment and operate scanners, copiers, etc.
