Job summary

Le Méridien Dallas by the Galleria is seeking a friendly bartender to ensure guests have a wonderful time at the bar. You will take orders, mix a range of cocktails, recommend beer and wine, and keep the bar clean. A fast-paced environment and strong customer focus are essential.

The role emphasizes hospitality, precise service, and teamwork in a busy hotel bar setting. Previous food service and diploma are preferred. Training provided on-site.

Responsibilities

• Take patron orders and deliver a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks.
• Check customers age by verifying identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages to patrons per federal, state, local, and company laws and regulations.
• Order necessary bar supplies, stock and keep track of all wine, liquor, and beer inventories as well as maintain a full supply of glassware and notify management of any shortages.
• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties.
• Collect payments, settle patron checks, and ensure tabs are paid, as well as record daily sales totals in the point of sale system

Qualifications
