Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring bar cleanliness, handling payments in Micros system, upselling, and maintaining professional appearance. Weekend and holiday shifts required; outdoor work possible.

Qualifications

• Must have bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer and spirits.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries.
• Have full knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Provide silverware and condiments before food is presented.
• Clean and reset bar area after guests depart or drinks prepared.
• Set up and break down bar.
• Follow triple sink procedures.
• Communicate professionally with management and staff.
• Contribute to a productive workplace and morale.
• Work well with Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol (carding and compliance).
• Record transactions in Micros system and manage guest tabs.
• Monitor pars and upsell products.
• Must work in a fast-paced team environment.
