Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with floor presence during peak meal periods.
• Maintains sanitation standards across restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
• Gauges staffing to meet guest service needs and financial objectives.
• Leads the food and beverage team with strong interpersonal and financial decision-making.
• Coaches staff, supports training, and ensures adherence to policies and laws.
• Manages service delivery from greeting to check-out and guest departures.
