Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team in our hotel restaurant and events spaces. The role emphasizes guest service, quality, and timely delivery of all food and beverage experiences.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, is a team player, and can work mornings, nights, weekends, and some holidays. Toast POS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are hiring a Food & Beverage Supervisor!

We are looking for someone who loves hospitality to join our food & beverage team. Our restaurant and event spaces host everything from receptions, meetings, trainings, and reunions, all while serving our hotel guests every day. The Food and Beverage department is the heart of the hotel and our place to really shine.

We're looking for an experienced, energetic, Food & Beverage Supervisor who is a team player, leads by example, and is focused on quality, service, and timeliness.

What we're looking for:

• Previous supervisor experience
• Availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Knowledge of sequence of service
• Hands on attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Toast POS knowledge a plus

Essential functions:

• Supervise the front-of-house team
• Provide supervisory guidance and support to all kitchen and restaurant associates
• Help set up, run, and support banquet team
• Take immediate action on any problems in the kitchen or restaurant
• Keep open verbal and written communication between management and associates
• Ensure all food and beverage served is of high quality, properly prepared, and expedited to all outlets in a smooth and efficient manner
• Participate in weekly food and beverage meetings and monthly inventory
