Circle K is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Store 2743279Q, 265 E Highland Rd, Macedonia, OH 44056. You will assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and coach team members to uphold brand standards.

This full-time role requires flexible availability (days and evenings) and a strong focus on guest service, food safety, and operational excellence. You will lead by example and drive a profitable restaurant while embodying Circle K values.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Full-time availability across all hours.

• Ability to complete administrative duties when RM absent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management.
• Cascades relevant information to team members and assists with new product training.
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift.
• In absence of the RM, the RAM completes daily, weekly and end of period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, and other administrative duties as required.
• Guards a safe environment for team members and guests by following laws and safety codes.
• Completes reports on incidents following the 5-minute rule policy.
• Partners with the RM to meet financial and operational metrics for a profitable restaurant.
