Circle K in Sanford, NC is seeking a part-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise team members, and partner with the management team to uphold brand standards. The RAM helps deliver fast, friendly guest service and ensures food safety.

Responsibilities include coaching team, scheduling shifts, maintaining cleanliness, following health codes, handling cash and inventory, and completing end-of-day paperwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Proven ability to coach and lead teams.
• Experience in fast-paced dining environments preferred.
• Able to maintain brand standards and health code compliance.

Responsabilités

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Coaches and corrects team members; conducts interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
• Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations.
• Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management.
